- If on a rare chance you receive any damaged/defective product please sends an email at email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery, our customer care team will assist you accordingly. Your refund will be done as NEFT for payments made through ‘cash on delivery’ mode or money transfer service like easy-paisa or mobi-cash.
- Your returns must reach our Return Cell/warehouse with original tags; else you will not be eligible for refunds.
- Your returns not validated by our Quality team will be shipped back to you on to pay basis as per your request received via email/phone.
