How will I know if order is placed successfully?

When your order is confirmed:

  1. We will put through an e-mail with the details of your product. Be sure you go through that and reply for confirm order.
  2. You can also check the order in the “My Accounts” tab.

How can I modify my order after having placed it?


Unfortunately, after you have placed an order, you shall not be able to add or remove a product to/from your order. But you can place a new order for the desired products.


Please contact our customer care team if you wish to change the delivery address for your order.

We shall accept your request if the order has not yet been shipped. However, if the order has been shipped, we shall only be able to accept change of address requests within your city.

Please note: An order shall be delivered at a single address only. We do not accept requests for delivering at multiple locations in a single order. We request you to place separate orders for separate locations.


We try to deliver all our orders in the earliest time possible. However, if you want delivery at alter date; please coordinate with the courier person once he gets in touch with you.

For How Long can I Hold the Products in My Cart?

The item/s reserved in your cart will expire 30 minutes from the time when the first item was added to cart. After 30 minutes we will flash a message “TIME IS RUNNING OUT” and then you need to checkout within 30 minutes to avoid losing your favorite products to other shopaholics.

However, if you still want the item and your cart timer has expired, you can anytime return to the sale and put it back in your cart (subject to availability).

I Have Placed an Order but it does not Appear in ‘My Account’ Section?

Do not worry!

You might be experiencing some slight delay in the updating of your order details. Sometimes our systems are flooded with new orders. So please be patient, your order details will be automatically updated soon.

Can I Change the Billing Address for My Account?

Yes. Changing your Billing Address is easy and simple.

Just go to My Account>Billing & Shipping Address, change your details/information and click on Save.

Your Billing Address is now updated!

Can I Change the Shipping Address for My Particular Order?

Sorry! Once with an order already placed, you will not be able to make any further changes to your Shipping Address for that particular Order.

My Cash on delivery order status says ‘PENDING’, how do I confirm?

If your COD order status says ‘PENDING’, it means that we are still awaiting verification from your side. Confirm your order by your email reply or giving a call from your registered mobile number at +92 345 7118866.

If verification is unsuccessful, we shall call you (anytime from 10:00 am-11:00 pm) to confirm the same. You shall be updated via email and SMS regarding delivery details post confirmation.

Please note: If we fail to contact you within 3 days of your placing the order, your order will automatically get cancelled.

I have placed my Order! What next?

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.

You also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section.

Please note: It sometimes takes up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated after an order is placed.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

Changed your mind and do not wish to buy the product that you have ordered?

Since, cash on delivery (COD) is a special service where we purchase the product from our vendor as per your commitment to pay and ship your order without any pre-payment, we do not take cancellations after we have dispatched.

If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number.

How Do I Track the Status of My Order?

Click on to ‘My Account’ and then the ‘Order History’ section on rang.pk account to view all details like the order number, date of order placement, product and quantity, value, payment mode and status of the order.

How Do I Confirm the Cash on Delivery Order?

Once you have checked all the details including product/s, shipping address and payment mode, click on ‘Commit’ and your order is placed.

You will receive an automated email on your given email address which you mention during checkout, you can simply reply to confirm your order. Missed our call? No worries! Simply call our customer care and we will assist you.

How Do I Add More Products to My Order?

At rang.pk, you can add more items to your cart before you complete your transaction. Once an Order number is generated you will not be able to add more items to the same Order.

But need more items? Then go ahead and place a new order!

I had purchased multiple products in an order. Do I need to pay COD every time if the delivery time is different?

You need to pay cod once when you receive the first product of your order. COD charges are only applicable once on an order.


What if Someone Else is Shopping for the Same Product as Me and it is the Last Piece Available?

In such a scenario, it is the ‘fastest finger first’! Whosoever puts it in the cart first will be able to buy it. You need to checkout before your cart time expires; otherwise the product will disappear from your cart and be made available to others.

Can I return (a part of) my complete order at the time of delivery?

No, returning (a part of) an order at the time of delivery will not be possible. However, if you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always return/exchange it within 7 days of delivery. Please check our Return/Exchange policy for more information.

Which of the Purchased Items can be Returned?

While our idea is always to get you the best products as per your liking and desires, there can be times when you would not like the fit, color or design of your product(s). In such cases, we do accept returns on apparel and footwear.

My Item arrived damaged or Defective, What should I Do?

All the products available at rang.pk go through a rigorous quality and hygiene check before being dispatched to our customers.

However, if on a rare chance you have received any damaged/defective product please send an email to support@rang.pkwithin 24 hours of delivery. Our customer care team will assist you accordingly.

Why there is No Return, Refund or Exchange on The Purple Sale, Going Gone & other Clearance Sales?

Since these are specially created sales which are being offered to our customers at a great discount; therefore return, refund or exchange is not allowed in such cases.

I paid for My Order using Cash on Delivery Mode, How do I Get My Money Back?

In case of any returns, where the payment was made using Cash on Delivery and you have received a damaged or defective piece, then our cash refund will be done through any money transfer service like easy-paisa or Mobi-cash.

How Do I Update My Account Information?

Once you have logged in using your username and password, click on ‘My Account’; your account details will appear on the page. Click on ‘Edit’ to update your account information and then ‘Submit’. Your account information will be updated.

How Do I Reset the Password of My Account?

Resetting your password is an easy 3-way process.

Just log into your account, and then:

  1. Go to ‘My Account’
  2. Click on ‘Change Password’- a pop-up opens up
  3. Enter all your necessary details (old & new password) and then click on ‘Apply’. Your password is changed, yippee!
